Booking a tour
A contract is formed when we send your booking confirmation. Please check the details on it immediately and tell us about any error.
Prices and payment
Prices are per person and include taxes and the stated inclusions. A booking fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking unless a tour is marked reserve-now-pay-later.
Your responsibilities
Arrive at the meeting point on time with valid photo ID where a site requires it, and follow your guide’s instructions and site rules throughout.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation is governed by our Cancellation Policy. We may change a tour’s route or order of visits where a site closes or conditions require it; the substance of the experience will be preserved.
Liability
We are liable for the services we provide. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, extreme weather and site closures.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law and disputes fall to the courts of Rome.
